I grew up along the Front Range in Colorado and spent a lot of time camping, hiking, fishing and exploring the outdoors with friends, family or scouts. I always loved using and carrying knives and eventually got interested in their construction. I made a few “kits” back then and eventually was gifted David Boye’s classic book “Step-by-step Knifemaking.”

It wasn’t until much later in life that I picked up the bug to actually start making knives and with the abundance of online information, I bought my first basic tools in 2014 and started grinding away in my small garage shop in Arizona.

I’m currently enjoying this as a hobby and just trying to master the craft with every knife I complete. If you’ve purchased something from me, I thank you for your support!
