8" Stainless Steel Chef knife in AEB-L steel. Rounded and polished spine and finger area for cutting comfort. Convex grind to an extremely thin edge, with a moderate distal taper. Hand rubbed satin finish. This knife includes a handmade leather saya with retention pin. The handle is black G10 with a semi-translucent pilsner (gold) G10 bolster.
